Norway gives 1 percent to foreign aid

Norway?s foreign aid expenditure rose last year and is set to rise by a further NOK 4 billion in next years budget. The new total will be NOK 26.2 billion. The goal of using 1 percent of Gross Domestic Income for development aid will have been reached.
