Father jailed for forcing daughter to marry
June 30, 2008A 50-year-old man who immigrated to Norway from Iraq has been sentenced to four years in jail, after he was convicted of forcing his daughter to marry a cousin back in northern Iraq in 2004.
Sterling cuts flights and crew
June 30, 2008Sterling Airlines, one of the relatively new low-fare airlines that's emerged in Scandinavia in recent years, will reduce staffing by about 20 percent and flight capacity by 14 percent. The carrier is having trouble coping with the high cost of fuel.
Summer due to return
